Barry and I invented a delicious cocktail in honour of his birthday last week. Start with a lovely glass, add your desired measure of scotch, top up with ginger beer, add one of Saucy Seven’s sweet chilli cumquats, top with ice and sprig of thyme. Delicious! This drink goes very well with Roquefort cheese and pickled octopus nibbles. Yummm.
